Call volume reporting
Get summaries of calls that have happened over a day/week/month. Apart from the summary QoS values, important statistics such as Answer Seizure ratio(ASR), Average Call Duration(ACD), peak usage period and low usage period give required inputs for capacity planning. All calls made in the selected summary time period are also categorized as 'Good Quality', 'Poor Quality', 'Unanswered', 'Error' and 'Unmonitored' calls with each category's calls being listed on further drill-down.
