ADSelfService Plus understands this need and helps generate a report on the list of users whose passwords will expire in 'n' number of days as set in the password policy of your Active Directory. Also the report on users whose passwords will expire can be automatically scheduled at a specified time of a day. ADSelfService Plus notifies all domain users via an email to reset their domain login password from its self service portal.
Password Expired Users
Password expired users report can be scheduled every day and information on users whose passwords have expired based on the password policy can be viewed. Provides information on the list of users who have unlocked their domain account using ADSelfService Plus. Also information on the time of unlock, machine, IP address and more can be viewed and user for audit. The report can be generated any time and can be exported to desired formats.
Self-Update Audit Report
Self Update audit report provides information on the list of users who have used ADSelfService Plus to update their own personal information in the Active directory. The report can be generated any time and can be exported to desired formats.
Automatically Schedule reports
The administrator can schedule reports on Locked Out Users, Soon to Expire password Users and also Password expired users in ADSelfService Plus. He can schedule reports at regular periods of time to generate up to date and recent reports.
Notify Users on Soon to Expire Passwords:
ADSelfService Plus provides domain users reliable automated soon to expire password notification via email. Forewarning users from account lockouts due to password expiry. Email notification can be scheduled automatically at a desired day before the actual date of password expiry.
