Vendor
The report shows the various vendors and the devices supplied by each of the vendors. For example, the devices in an organization can be supplied by different vendors such as brocade, EMC, StorageTek, etc.
A stacked-bar chart is plotted to represent the device distribution.
The X-axis in the graph lists the various device vendors.
The stacks in the bar shows each of the devices. Placing the mouse pointer on a stack shows the device name.
The table below lists the devices with their category, vendors, manufacturer and model. You can sort the table based on any of the columns.
To print the report, click "Printer Friendly" link in the top-right corner. To save the report in PDF format, click "Export as PDF" link in the top-right corner.
Location
The report shows the various locations and the devices in each of the locations. For example the devices can be different floors, or different data-center in the same floor.
A stacked-bar chart is plotted to represent the device distribution in various locations.
The X-axis in the graph lists the various physical locations.
The stacks in the bar shows each of the devices. Placing the mouse pointer on a stack shows the device name.
The table below lists devices with their type and location. You can sort the table based on any of the columns.

Problem Tickets
The report shows
The first bar chart shows the problem tickets filed against each of the vendors. The x-axis shows the vendors and y-axis shows the count of problem tickets.
The second bar chart shows the problem tickets filed against each of the device category. The x-axis shows the device categories and y-axis shows the count of problem tickets.
The table below shows the matrix problem tickets of vendors against each of the device categories. If you want the see the problem tickets between a specific time period, you can select the from and to dates (option, just above the table) and submit.
