Note: Please install OpStor in a machine that has IP access to the storage devices in your environment. |
To start OpStor server in Windows, follow these steps:
Click Start --> Programs --> ManageEngine OpStor 5--> Start OpStor (or) Double-click "OpStor" icon in the desktop.
The server will be started in port 80 (or the one you had specified during installation). If that port is not free, OpStor will try 9010, 9020, 9030 till 10000 and start the server in one of the free ports.
To start OpStor server in Linux, follow these steps:

Note: To receive the traps in 162 port, you must start the server as a 'root' user. |
Execute startOpStorServer.sh under <OpStor Home>/bin directory. Where, <OpStor Home> is the directory where OpStor is installed.
