The mail server is used for sending mails to IT personnel as part of alarm action or escalation. The configurations are centrally maintained here.
To configure the mail server
Select 'Admin' tab.
Click 'Configure Mail Server' under 'Global Settings'.
Enter the mail server name, port, user name and password for sending the mail.
Click 'Save'.
To modify the configuration, use the same form and overwrite the values.
